Instructions for drivers heading to loading/unloading at the HoldCargo warehouse in Wasilków

Access to our warehouse in Wasilków is possible only from the S19 expressway Białystok–Kuźnica (GPS: 53.221481, 23.215423), taking the exit towards Wasilków.

Due to the limited space of the warehouse and the narrow entrance to the premises, we recommend that drivers contact us by phone in advance to arrange the arrival time:

Warehouse working hours: Monday–Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

If it is necessary to wait before entering, please park at the “Pronar” petrol station, located about 3 km from the destination (turn left at the roundabout after exiting the S19).

Overnight stay and waiting on the HoldCargo premises are strictly prohibited due to limited space and an active security alarm system.

During night hours and outside working hours, drivers are advised to park at the “Pronar” petrol station (GPS: 53.22148089427946, 23.219062685830217), located 3 km from the warehouse (turn left at the roundabout after exiting the S19).

Transshipment and Storage Services — Wasilków, 5 km from Białystok

HoldCargo Warehouse is a monitored logistics facility located at 16A Supraska Street, Wasilków, just 5 km from Białystok.
We provide comprehensive services in transshipment, consolidation, packaging, and storage of goods.

Working hours:
Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
(Weekend operation — upon prior arrangement)

Our services include:

Transshipment:
🚚 truck–truck — 450 PLN + VAT
🚛 truck–warehouse–truck — 650 PLN + VAT
Consolidation and packaging — price upon request
Storage (ground level) — 6.5 PLN + VAT per day
(1 day free of charge, minimum 5 pallets, loading/unloading – 12/12 PLN + VAT)
Full cargo handling and warehouse services
Additional services — disposal, inventory, etc. — upon request
Quantity and quality inspection, verification of goods usability — upon request
Domestic and international deliveries
Opening export declarations for shipments from Poland and the EU without the need to enter the customs office — via our customs broker in Białystok.
(To open the declaration, an original power of attorney signed by the “shipper” is required).
